The English Department Mission, Vision, and Values
The mission of the Woodrow Wilson High School English department is to help students develop their reading, writing, listening, speaking, research and technology skills in order to be successful lifelong learners.
Every student will become a competent communicator using language arts skills successfully in his or her academic and professional careers.
Teachers will promote the values of integrity, responsibility, diversity, school spirit and traditions, appreciation for literature, student success, written expression, verbal communication with small and large groups, as well as being technologically literate.
Graduation Ticket distribution begins next week in the ECON/GOV classes. Seniors must bring your valid STUDENT ID to receive Graduation tickets. If Seniors received a GREEN SLIP - they have a HOLD and will not receive tickets until it is cleared.
