LBUSD will host two clinics where students can receive free H1N1 (swine flu) vaccines:

• Wednesday, November 4, at Cabrillo High School, from 3 to 7 p.m.
• Thursday, November 5, at Jordan High School, from 3 to 7 p.m.

In addition, there will be a November 7 community clinic at the Long Beach Convention Center, organized by the City Health Department.

This initial round of vaccinations is in limited supply. But we anticipate additional shipments in the coming weeks, and we plan to offer more clinics. Please note that the school district is neither requiring nor recommending vaccination for students; it is only hosting clinics so that interested families can have their children vaccinated in a convenient location.
