Starting 2/11, all players should be in correct practice uniform. 

  • Helmet, stick and all Pads/Gear/Cleats/Pinnie.
  • Personal Water Bottle(s)
  • Black Shorts and White or Cardinal t-shirt.

Those not prepared for practice, please see Coach Sterling immediately upon arrival to practice field.

The Wilson Bruins stayed unbeaten in their inaugural season with a 14-5 win over LA Jordan at home. Malachi Valenzuela-Mier had a team-high four goals, while Kyle LaBorne added three.

Charley Littleworth and Ari Naiman both scored twice, while Sam Peak, Jack Cummings, and Anthony Peredia each scored once.

Coach Sterling is from Boston, Massachusetts where he started playing Lacrosse with the Metro Lacrosse inner city youth program at the age of 11. He went on to play for the Metro varsity team for four years, and was named Captain as a Sophomore. He played college lacrosse at Greensboro College, a Division 3 school in North Carolina. He's also coached several of Metro's day and overnight camps. Sterling is an integral member of the coaching staff for Beach Cities Youth Lacrosse. You may contact Coach Sterling at:

The Bruins were sad to have to say goodbye to Coach Sean Perry, Asst. Coach and Defensive Expert, as he is headed for Graduate School to pursue a degree in Secondary Education. Congrats Coach Sean and thanks for a great season! We will miss you!
