Wilson Female Leadership Academy

The purpose of the Wilson Female Leadership Academy is to empower and mentor high school girls.  The primary focus is creating a safe environment that provides each participant ample opportunities to demonstrate their individual style, personality, unique abilities and increase self- confidence.  To promote independence, participants will engage in interactive group sessions to address self-esteem, unity, and cultural awareness.  Through academic endeavors, we will provide in-depth exposure to varied post-secondary options.  These young women will be encouraged to strive for excellence in all aspects of their lives.
