Grad Nite

Currently called " Senior Celebration" 

Due to Covid-19 we pivoted to a  modified Grad Nite that we call Senior Celebration and it's just that!  Last year Seniors didn't have a prom.  The video below of Senior Celebration became a necessary combination of Prom and a Grad nite - that developed in to a dressy event.  This year, Seniors will have a prom* and Grad Nite will go back to a casual event.  Here is a video of the fun and excitement only Seniors get to experience.

Even though chairpersons have been selected for this year, we still need as much help as we can get before during and after the event. Please continue to look back for opportunities to sign up to help during the event.

Opportunities to volunteer will be needed before, during and after the event. Priority will be given to parents of the Senior class of 2022, but we will need as much help as possible.  As always parents of Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors are also welcome to help. Come to our upcoming meeting to see where there is a need.  There will be signups for shifts before, during, and after the event.

Chairperson Positions
For those of you willing to chair an area of the event, which means to take on a leadership roll, there will be preferred seating for you and your family during your student's graduation. This year will be limited to the following chairpersons and will have limited scope from previous years. If you have been a chair before and plan to do so this year, please confirm asap by emailing  Any openings will be announced after March 25th's meeting.
  • Security - Chris Conway Chair
  • Fencing -covering the fencing Susan White and Jan Rice
  • Psychic Crew (aka Psychic Room)-we will be setting up 6 locations, and will need to devise a way to collect signups so there is no line. Renee Burlin Chair and Monique Lowee Shadow
  • Decorations Crew -to include decorating the Lounge area, Karaoke backdrop, and picnic tables.
  • Bruin Bistro-for the kids to grab what they want and make their own goodie bags. Julianna Hoefer and Jeannette Painovich
  • Fundraising  -Sponsorships & Donations, Kriston Martineau
  • Heavy Lifting Crew -includes set up, tear down and building the Karaoke stage.
  • Sanitation Crew -to wipe down photo booths, tables, chairs, refill sanitizer bottles-help set up sanitizer centerpieces. Kim Garvey
  • Bathrooms -decorate the restrooms in the media center, and a table of water bottles there (so there is someone monitoring the bathrooms at all times). Kelly Mehler

What to do Now:

  • Talk to your friends and get a group together to take responsibility for one of the party areas
  • Get your black bottom and white top outfit ready-outerwear will need to be white as well. Security wears all black
  • Attend planning meetings, Planning Meetings will be via Zoom on the following Thursdays, 6:00-7:00pm. please RSVP to to receive your link or click here:

                   -8pm Lighting dry run


What to expect on June 10th

  • Setup will begin 1pm.
  • Volunteers not helping with setup but only working the event need to arrive by 6pm. At this time you will get a walk-through and explanation of security protocols and state mandated cleanliness measures. Remember to come dressed in your white top and black bottoms, even white jackets/sweatshirts. Security will wear all black
  • Teardown will begin at Midnight
